Course Rescheduling
If a student is unable to attend the scheduled batch due to a genuine reason, Tejas BI Academy may, at its discretion, provide an option to:
- Move the student to another available batch
- Reschedule selected sessions
- Continue the course in another suitable batch
Rescheduling is subject to course availability, batch schedules and applicable course terms.
Cancellation by Tejas BI Academy
In certain circumstances, Tejas BI Academy may need to postpone, reschedule or cancel a course or batch due to reasons such as insufficient enrollment, trainer availability, operational requirements or unforeseen circumstances.
In such cases, we may provide the student with an alternative batch or rescheduling option. Where applicable, a refund may be provided in accordance with the circumstances and applicable terms.
Refund Processing
Once a refund request has been reviewed and approved, the eligible refund will generally be processed through the original payment method or another appropriate method.
The time required for the amount to appear in the student’s account may depend on the payment gateway, bank or financial institution involved.
Tejas BI Academy is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment gateways or other third-party financial institutions.
